RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY.

As we are dealing in mainly computer/CCTV parts. We provide Return/replacement/Repair as per company (here company means brand of product) policy.

There are many products customer/dealers can take warranty directly from company. And some of the products like (import hard disk/ram) where we will provide you the replacement/refund of the product.

Refund will be provided only if replacement product is not available with us to deliver to you.

In every product description we are providing the warranty of the product.

Shipping charge

For replacement /repair of any product one side shipping charge will be beard by dealers and one side we will bear.

Cancellation  Return & Refund policy 

Cancellation. Our Dealers/Customers can cancel order before the Shipping of the material. Once the order is shipped he is not allowed to cancel the order. Once the order is cancelled 100 percent amount will be transferred to the bank account within 48 hours and the same will be reflected in his bank account in 24-48 hours.

 Refund -  In case of cancellation of order we will refund full amount within 48 hours and same will be reflected in customer account within 24-48 hours. In case of replacement of product we will initiate refund only if we are unable to replace/repair the product within 30 days of receiving the faulty product. If the product is rejected by the respective company then the same product(un-repaired) will be dispatched to customer.
